AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR CONDITIONING CLASSES

Ages: 5 and older

This is a conditioning class building on Ninja Warrior-based strength and agility skills such as:

-hand and grip strength

-core

-endurance

-body awareness

-balance and coordination

 

The physical benefits of ninja warrior training include muscular strength and endurance, speed, and coordination. We encourage students to push themselves as we try new obstacles each week.
